We had an excellent experience from start to finish with David from Olympic Hot Tub. Not only was he enthusiastic about his job but was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Along the way nothing ever seemed too big or too small for David who even kept in contact with me during his days off. The delivery team was fast and efficient with their install and even seemed to be able to offer good advice for upkeep and where the tub should be properly placed for maximizing the ease of upkeep and longevity. The tub is heating up as we speak and my first soak will be tonight, can't wait. We just bought our 2nd Hot Tub from this company. The last hot tub kept us very happy for 16 years. The few times we did need any kind of service they were very good, and never had to wait too long for them to accommodate us. They also always have all the possible supplies you will ever need to run a tub. They are not a high pressure sales place, but answer any questions you have. You can even try out tubs at their showroom. We are very pleased customers, and would highly recommend them.
